Airtel thanks customers with these free offers

Telecom operator Airtel has launched a new program that offers exclusive benefits for “its valued customers.”

Under #AirtelThanks, all Airtel customers who commit a monthly Average revenue per user (ARPU) of Rs 100 and above will receive additional benefits at no extra charge.

These benefits will include access to premium digital content as well as offers on smartphones and online shopping vouchers. These customers will also get “red carpet customer care for service and network related issues to add to their experience.”

These benefits will vary from customer to customer. “The higher the monthly ARPU commitment, the more benefits a customer gets,” said Airtel in a statement. Airtel also announced that it will soon roll out benefits for its ‘V-Fiber’ Home Broadband customers also.

To see if you are part of this program, head to MyAirtel App where you will find a newly created #AirtelThanks section. All the offers will regularly be updated in this section only. Here are all the offers users get:

Three months of Netflix worth Rs 1,500
All the customers who avail the Infinity Postpaid plans of Rs 499 and above will get three months Netflix subscription. Those Airtel users who are already Netflix subscribers will receive a credit of Rs 1,500 in their Netflix account.

Premium content from ZEE5

All the customers with monthly ARPU of Rs 199 and above will get free access to premium ZEE5 content

Offers on smartphones

Customers who recharge with unlimited bundled packs of Rs 199, Rs 249 or Rs 448 will be eligible for special benefits of up to Rs 4,500 plus 100GB bonus data on handsets that are exclusively available on Flipkart
