The trust that your manager shows in you signifies that you are the best in what you do.

You must not let complacency set in and continue setting the bar high for yourself as your boss would want to keep challenging you. If you are getting constructive feedbacks from your superiors more often it means you are a valued resource in the team.

Whenever your colleagues run into problems or need suggestions, you’re the first person they turn to for help and guidance. Because you’ve established yourself as a resource whose expertise lies in solving such issues. They might not say it to you but they seek your assistance because you are capable and a strong candidate in that team.
