Shahid Kapoor Starrer Kabir Singh Has Managed To Beat The Records Of ‘Sanju’ And ‘Dangal’ At The Box Office

Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh had a phenomenal run at the box office in its 4th weekend, where it has managed to collect Rs. 10.34 crore and has successfully crossed the mark of Rs. 250 crore. 

The film has managed to add one more feather of records to its name with the collection numbers of its 4th weekend, Kabir Singh has surpassed the collection of box-office biggies like Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju and Aamir Khan starrer Dangal. The film now stands at no 3 position with Uri: The Surgical Strike and Baahubali 2 in the first two position which made Rs. 18.94 Cr. and Rs. 18.30 Cr. respectively in its 4th weekend.

Shahid recently took Instagram to thank the audience for all the love and appreciation to the film, the actor wrote, “Your love is so overwhelming words will always fall short. Thank you for understanding him forgiving him and loving him with all your heart. We all fall apart. And we all must strive to rise from our faults. To be better. To be wiser. To be kinder. He is flawed. So are we all. You didn’t judge him you experienced him. You understood him. I have never ever felt so thankful. The most flawed character I have ever played. Has become my most loved. Indeed indian cinema and the audience has come a long way.”

Despite having big releases in the past month like Ayushmann’s Article 15 and Hrithik’s Super 30, the film has surely managed to leave a mark of its own at the box-office and it also turned out to be Shahid Kapoor’s first solo blockbuster.
