Although it reopened its borders and started welcoming tourists who tested negative for COVID in Nov 2020, it was again hit with a surge of cases in April, which forced the Caribbean island to push back into lockdown for a month. As per the latest reports, starting July 1, visitors must be vaccinated at least three weeks before their arrival to Anguilla. While children are exempt from the vaccine requirement, the new policy will remove the $300 entrance fees for vaccinated tourists that had been in place for some time.

Well, Spain will also remain out of bounds for many travellers. As per a recent declaration by the Spanish Government, it has already set a limit on who can enter the country. As per the reports, only residents from European Union (EU) member states, and those belonging from the list of 10 ‘low-incidence’ countries, may visit “without the need for diagnostic tests or vaccination or immunity certificates.” Apart from them, all others, including Americans, will have to show proof of vaccination to enter Spain.
