New Delhi: Ola Electric has started making noise in the Indian automobile market with the opening of the bookings for its yet-to-be-launched electric scooter that could be named Series S. 

The bookings opened on July 15, and the firm received 1 lakh orders within 24 hours of the opening. As a result, many are comparing the rise of Ola Electric with Tesla’s boom in the electric vehicle space.
