Bihar Nikay Chunav Result today: Counting of votes polled in Bihar Municipal Corporation Election to begin

Patna: The Bihar Municipal Corporation Election 2022 Results will be declared on Tuesday. The results of the first phase of Bihar Nikay Chunav 2022 will be announced today.

The Bihar civic elections will be held for 224 municipal seats in two phases. The first phase voting in the Bihar Municipal Election 2022 was held on December 18. The second phase of polling in Bihar Nikay Chunav will take place on December 20.

The counting of votes that would be polled in the second phase of Bihar Nikay Chunav will take place on December 30.

Bihar Nikay Chunav 2022

In two phases of Bihar Municipal Election 2022, as many as 1,14,52,759 electors are likely to exercise their franchise. The Bihar Nikay Chunav are being held to elect representatives in 17 municipal corporations, 70 nagar parishads and 137 nagar panchayats.

The elections are being held for electing ward councillor, mayor and deputy mayor.

The State Election Commission has barred candidates to use any party symbols as in previous Bihar municipal elections.

The Bihar Nagar Nigam Chunav 2022 are being held in Patna, Ara, Sasaram, Bihar Sharif, Gaya, Chapra, Muzaffarpur, Motihari, Sitamarhi, Bettiah, Darbhanga, Purnia, Katihar, Munger, Begusarai, Bhagalpur, Rohtas, Nalanda, Imamganj, Wazirganj, Khizarsarai, Maharajganj, Gopalpur, Bihariganj, Champanagar, Amour, Baisi, Raniganj, Jokihat, Narpatganj, Alauli, Mansi, Habibpur and other areas.
