  1. You suffer from persistent backache: Backache is often discarded as an issue concerned with a bad posture. However persistent backache must not be shrugged off with ease as it could be a sign of unhealthy bones. It might be true that factors such as an unhealthy lifestyle, physical inactivity, and bad posture can lead to backache however, weak bones tend to aggravate the issue thereby increasing its frequency.
  2. Your nail would not stop chipping: Maintaining hygienic and pretty nails is not an easy job. Therefore, breaking and chipping of nails can end up being one of the most annoying things ever, especially for freshly groomed nails. However, an increase in the frequency of nail chipping might indicate weakened bones due to nutritional deficiencies. 
  3. You have been losing your grip over things: It might not have been easy for people to get a hold of reality and their lives amidst the COVID-19 pandemic panic. However, the inability to get a hold of tangible things might be a sign of underlying bone problems. This sign can be observed while trying to grip handles, doorknobs, heavy items, etc.
