Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra: South Korean smartphone brand Samsung recently launched its latest flagship S22 series smartphones — Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra at Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event. Samsung is expected to announce Galaxy S22 Series prices and offers for India this week.
The Galaxy S22 prices may not see a big jump over S21 despite huge upgrades in the camera department, display and other industry-leading features, the IANS reported. The company had launched Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G at a starting price of Rs 1,05,999. The South Korean giant will also announce attractive offers to make Galaxy S22 series more attractive for the Indian customers.
According to the company, the high-end Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will be available in 8GB RAM + 128GB, 12GB RAM + 256GB, 12GB RAM + 512GB and 12GB RAM + 1TB storage options. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra pricing starts at $1,199 (around Rs 89,700). This high-end smartphone is expected to be priced between Rs 90,000- Rs 1,10,000 in India.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is the first S-series smartphone to feature an S Pen built into the phone’s body. It runs on Android 12 with One UI 4.1 on top. The smartphone sports a large 6.8-inch Edge QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate that can go down to 1Hz. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+ and supports a peak brightness level of 1,750 nits.
The display of the Galaxy S22 Ultra is also equipped with updated Wacom technology in order to support the improvements to S Pen functionality including reduced latency. Its is powered by an octa-core 4nm SoC, paired with up to 12 GB of RAM. The smartphone is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with support for fast charging at 45W, and supports wireless charging at 15W along with Wireless PowerShare for reverse wireless charging. The phone measures 163.3×77.9×8.9mm and weighs 229 grams.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a 40-megapixel camera sensor in the front with an f/2.2 aperture lens.
