UPSC Recruitment 2022: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited all the interested and eligible candidates for Deputy Director of Mines Safety (Electrical), Senior Lecturer (Ophthalmology), Assistant Director Grade-II (Economic Investigation) and other posts.

The application process to fill a total of 28 posts has started and the last date to apply for the same is April 14.

The last date for printing the submitted online application is till April 15, 2022.

  • Assistant Engineer (Civil)/Assistant Surveyor of Works (Civil)- 3 posts

UPSC RECRUITMENT 2022 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Deputy Director of Mines Safety (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.
  • Assistant Director Grade II (Economic Investigation) – Master’s degree in Economics from a recognised university or equivalent.
  • Assistant Engineer (Civil)/Assistant Surveyor of Works (Civil)- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.

PAY SCALE FOR UPSC RECRUITMENT 2022:

  • Deputy Director of Mines Safety (Electrical) – Level 12 in the pay Matrix (Rs 78800-209200)
  • Assistant Director Grade II (Economic Investigation) – Level-7 (Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400) as per 7th CPC
  • Senior Lecturer (Ophthalmology) – Level-11 of the Central Pay Scales plus such allowances as may be sanctioned by the Government from time to time plus NPA as per Rules.
  • Assistant Engineer (Civil)/Assistant Surveyor of Works (Civil) – Pay Level- 07

APPLICATION FEE:

Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 25 only either by remitting the money to any branch of the SBI by cash or by using a facility of the SBI or by using a visa/master credit/debit card.

No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates from any community.

No “fee exemption” is available to Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
