Xiaomi Redmi Note 12, Note 12 Pro, Note 12 Pro Plus: The India launch hasn’t been revealed, but it is expected that Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro, and Redmi Note 12 Pro might arrive in India next month.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 12, Note 12 Pro, Note 12 Pro Plus: Redmi, a sub brand Xiaomi, has officially confirmed the release of the Redmi Note 12 series in China. The smartphone brand has shared a teaser poster on Weibo and has announced that the Redmi Note 12 series will be released this month. Like predecessors, the company will bring three new phones — Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro, and Redmi Note 12 Pro.

The India launch hasn’t been revealed, but it is expected that Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro, and Redmi Note 12 Pro might arrive in India next month. However, this is just a speculation and we advise our readers to wait for the official announcement from the brand. The poster shared by the brand has confirmed that there will be two firsts in the phone. This will likely be the chipset, the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC, and the fast charging, the BGR Reported. 

Redmi Note 12 series specifications 

The Redmi Note 12 series will come with an AMOLED display with high refresh rate support, the report added.  The Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Pro+ are expected to come powered by the Dimensity 1080 SoC and a big 5,000mAh battery. The Note 12, Note 12 Pro, and Note 12 Pro+ will have 67W, 120W, and 210W fast charging support, respectively.

Meanwhile, in India, Redmi launched its first Redmi tablet in India — the Redmi Pad. The tablet comes with top features such as MediaTek Helio G99 processor, a 90Hz display and an 8MP HD front camera among others. Redmi Pad is available in three variants – 3GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB, and 6GB + 128GB  in Graphite Grey, Moonlight Silver and Mint Green colour variants.

Redmi Pad comes with a 10.61-inch display with a 2K resolution of 2,000 x 1200 pixels, a screen refresh rate of 90Hz, a screen-to-body ratio of 15:9 and a 10-bit display panel. It also comes with Widevine L1 and TUV Rheinland certifications.
