THICK SMOG ENGULFS DELHI

The air quality in Delhi entered the ‘very poor’ category once again on Friday after two days of remaining ‘poor’. Amid the depleting air quality, a thick layer of smog engulfed the national capital, resulting in low visibility. According to data by SAFAR, air quality index (AQI) was recorded at 303 at IGI Airport (T3).

Meanwhile, the Centre’s air quality panel may take a call on revoking the curbs in place in Delhi-NCR under the third stage of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP), PTI reported.
