Vedanta: The board of Vedanta will decide on the fifth interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23 today, 28 March 2023. The company last week announced that its board will meet this week to consider and approve the fifth interim dividend.

NHPC: The power generation company NHPC’s board will meet today to consider the proposal to raise debt up to Rs 5,600 crore during the financial year 2023-24.

Kalyan Jewellers: Warburg Pincus will sell its 2.5 per cent stake in Kalyan Jewellers through block deal. It will divest the shares at Rs 110 each, taking the overall value of the deal to Rs 288 crore.

Aditya Birla Capital Ltd: Aditya Birla Group’s company Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) shared on Monday, 27 March, the sale of its entire stake in Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Limited (ABIBL).

PNC Infratech Ltd: PNC Infratech has been declared the lowest bidder by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways for a highway project in Hybrid Annuity Mode with a cost of Rs 819 crore.

Ashiana Housing Ltd: Ashiana Housing Ltd has announced that Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has declared that the company is the highest bidder, in an e-Auction organised by them, for the allotment of 43,708 sq. mtrs. of land for a residential project in Manesar (Gurugram).

SJVN: SJVN Ltd has received Rs 915 crore ‘GREEN’ finance from Japan Bank for International Cooperation. The fund has been secured for the company’s 90 MW Omkareshwar floating solar project in Madhya Pradesh and 100 MW Raghanesda solar project in Gujarat.
