DDA Housing Scheme 2023: Eligibility, online registration, price, locations and other key details

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is going to open the registration for its most anticipated housing scheme soon. DDA recently rolled out the Phase IV of the housing scheme on June 14. Under this scheme, DDA will provide flats in different categories such as the high-income group (HIG), the middle-income group (MIG), and the low-income group (LIG).

The scheme aims to address the need for housing in Delhi and improve the standard of living for its residents.

The sale of the property will be carried out on a first come first serve basis through online registration process, which will open from June 30. One can secure their home by making a token payment. However, the person seeking the scheme must not own any plot or house in Delhi.

DDA Housing Scheme 2023: Online registration

The DDA has allowed online registration for the latest series of housing scheme to eliminate paperwork. The application process will be carried out online and the applicants apply through DDA’s official website.

DDA Housing Scheme 2023 eligibility

The applicant must be an Indian citizen and must be 18 or older and should have a valid PAN card. Couples willing to apply for the scheme can apply jointly as well as individuals. But, in case of individual applications if two flats are drawn in the names of the spouses separately, only one flat will be allocated.    

Under the scheme, more than 900 flats will be offered to economically weaker section (EWS) applicants. The applicant’s earnings should not exceed 3 lakh or the family’s overall income should not be more than 10 lakh under this category.

How to apply for the DDA Housing Scheme 2023

  • Visit the Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) official website at www.dda.org.in.
  • Fill out the online application form with personal information, contact details, income, and the flat type.
  • Upload the required documents with the application form. Aadhaar, PAN, income, residence, and other specified papers need to be submitted.
  • Pay the application fee after completing the form and uploading all the documents. The applicant can pay the application fee through net banking, a credit card, or a debit card.

Once the payment is done, do not forget to note down the application number.

DDA Housing Scheme: Flat price and locations

According to DDA, a total of 5,500 flats will be available for allocations under this phase of the scheme. DDA will be offering HIG, MIG and LIG flats in different locations of Delhi.

The HIG flats are located in Jasola and MIG flats are available in Dwarka. The LIG and EWS category flats are located in Narela, Rohini, Siraspur and Loknayak Puram.

Here are the estimated numbers of flats in different categories:

HIG- 40 to 50 (Jasola)

MIG- 200 (Narela and Dwarka)

LIG- 1,760 (Rohini, Loknayak Puram, Siraspur)

EWS- Over 900 (Narela)

Price range of DDA flats

Flats in Rohini- Rs 14.15 lakh to Rs 41.11 lakh

Loknayak Puram – Rs 27.5 lakh to Rs 28.5 lakh

Siraspur- Rs 17.5 lakh to Rs 17.75 lakh
