Realme launches its cheapest 5G-enabled Narzo 60 phone in India, price starts at Rs 12,999

Realme has launched yet another affordable 5G smartphone in India for under Rs 15,000. The smartphone, Realme Narzo 60x 5G, is the third phone in the latest Narzo series and boasts a slim design (7.89mm in thickness) and a tall 6.72-inch display. It is offered in two storage configurations and the price in India starts at Rs 12,999. It means the Realme Narzo 60x 5G will fare directly against the Redmi 12 5G. Realme also launched the Realme 11x 5G in India, starting at Rs 14,999.

Realme Narzo 60x 5G price in India

The Realme Narzo 60x 5G carries a starting price of Rs 12,999 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage option. The 6GB RAM variant costs Rs 14,499 — Rs 500 cheaper than the Realme 11X.

Customers can choose between Stellar Green and Nebula Purple colours. The first sale will begin on September 15 at noon. As a part of the introductory sale, users can enjoy Rs 1,000 off. 

Additionally, Realme has also launched Realme Buds T300 active noise cancellation-enabled true wireless earbuds for Rs 2,299. The earbuds come in white and black shades.

Realme Narzo 60x specifications, features

The Realme Narzo 60x looks similar to the Narzo 60 and Narzo 60 Pro, though there’s no leather variant. The back features a similar round camera module. It has two cutouts for the 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with a portrait lens.

It sports a 6.72-inch LCD with Full-HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display offers a peak brightness level of 680 nits. The Realme Narzo draws power from MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W wired SuperVOOC fast charging support. The phone offers up to up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 inbuilt storage.

The Narzo 60’s base model offers 8GB of RAM.

Other key features of the Realme Narzo 60x 5G include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It also supports 5G, 4G, GPS, Bluetooth and USB Type-C 2.0 port connectivity. For selfies, the phone comes equipped with an 8-megapixel camera sensor.

Alongside Realme, Motorola has also launched an affordable 5G phone in India.

Dubbed Moto G54 5G, the phone comes in two storage options: 8GB RAM and 128GB storage for Rs 15,999, and 12GB RAM plus 256GB storage priced at Rs 18,999. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC and a 6000mAh battery. The phone also supports 33W charging.
