The auspicious occasion of Durga Puja has been earmarked for the scheme’s grand unveiling by the Authority, according to a report on Navbharat Times.

The scheme is expected to feature unallocated plots from the previously launched scheme, coupled with plots located in the rapidly developing Sector 151 area. As per report on NBT, the forthcoming scheme is set to include approximately 500 residential plots distributed across different sectors in Noida. Earlier, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s (YEIDA) residential plot scheme received bumper response from the property buyers. The flats, situated in Sector 16, 17 and 20 adjacent to the renowned Yamuna Expressway, were offered on a draw basis.
