Aston Martin DB12 Launched in India, Price Starts at Rs 4.59 Crore

The newly launched D12 comes with a lot of noticeable cosmetic changes, which might attract the new target audience this time. 

The high-performance car manufacturer Aston Martin finally has launched the much-awaited Aston Martin DB12, the successor of the DB11 in the Indian market. The latest edition, which claimed to be a super tourer, has been introduced at the starting price of Rs 4.59 crore (ex-showroom).

Those who can afford it, can now pre-book the vehicle either from company company-authorised showroom or online through Aston Martin’s official webiste.

Aston Martin DB12 Exterior

Talking about the exterior first, the performance-oriented car does not come with completely surprising style cues as it carries old-school charm, similar to the DB11. However, the latest edition definitely comes with a lot of noticeable cosmetic changes, which might attract its target audience this time.

The car features a low-slung stance with a typical signature style grill on the front, an LED headlight setup, C-shaped LED tail lamps, a frameless window, and dual exhaust, which is placed at both ends at the back.

Aston Martin DB12 Interior

A significant change has been created inside the cabin. Now, the car comes with good quality leather seats, featuring Aston Martin badging on the nonadjustable headrest. Apart from this, DB12 also gets a multi-functional three-spoke steering wheel with paddle shifters, powered seats, a newly designed centre console, new style AC vents, a fully digital instrument cluster, a touchscreen infotainment system, which supports all the wireless car connect technology.

Aston Martin DB12 Engine

Under the hood, the super Tourer is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, which generates a max power of 671bhp and 800 Nm of peak torque. The unit is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The company claims that the car can do a 0-100kmph sprint in just 3.5 seconds, and has a top speed of 325kmph.
