The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced India women’s team squads for the upcoming T20I and Test series against England and Australia (1 Test) which will start on December 6 in Mumbai. The Women’s Selection Committee selected the squads on Friday as young guns like Shreyanka Patil and Minnu Mani were picked for the T20I squad.
Harmanpreet Kaur will lead the Indian team in both series while Smriti Mandhana continues to act as her deputy. Meanwhile, the core teams remained intact in both formats.

The three-match T20I and two matches will be played only in Mumbai across two venues Wankhede Stadium and DY Patil Stadium.
Saika Ishaque was picked in both squads as a Test call-up is a big moment in her career.
Meanwhile, Sneh Rana and Harleen Deol, who missed out on the T20I squad got picked for the Test team.
Meanwhile, the squad for the white-ball series against Australia will be picked later.
