CSIR SO and ASO recruitment 2023: Apply for 444 vacancies before January 12

The exam recruitment body, Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has released the recruitment notice for multiple posts of Section Officer (SO) and Assistant Section Officer (ASO) on the official website.

Applicants who are interested in applying for the same can check and apply now before any delays. As per the official notice, the registration process is underway and the last date to apply is January 12, 2024 without late fee on the website, i.e., csir.res.in.

NUMBER OF VACANCIES 

This recruitment drive would fill up to 444 vacancies for the posts of Section Officer (SO) and Assistant Section Officer (ASO), within the organisation. 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

The CSIR Recruitment 2023 has stipulated a maximum age limit of 33 years for candidates applying for positions such as Section Officer and Assistant Section Officer. 

While the notice doesn’t specify a particular degree, applicants are required to hold a completed basic degree from a recognised university as per the CSIR recruitment 2023 guidelines.

HOW TO APPLY FOR CSIR SO, ASO RECRUITMENT 2023 

Visit the official CSIR website at https://www.csir.res.in/.

Click on the COMBINED ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES EXAMINATION – 2023 link on homepage 

Click on “Register Now.” Enter your mobile number and email, verify with OTP, and click “Proceed “

Fill in the application form as asked 

Upload all the important documents, click on submit 

 Pay the online application fee 

Download it and take a printout of your CSIR application forms for future reference.

APPLICATION FEE 

The application fee is Rs. 500 for the UR and EWS categories, and it is NIL for Women, SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and CSIR departmental candidates.
