The oil-to-metals conglomerate Vedanta has fixed Wednesday, December 27, 2023 as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of the equity shareholders for the second interim dividend for the financial year 2023-24.

The company in a regulatory filing, said “the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) is proposed to be scheduled on Monday, December 18, 2023, to consider and approve the Second Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2023-24.”

Mining mogul Anil Agarwal-led company Vedanta is likely to announce dividend payout date after the board meeting scheduled to be held on December 18 (Monday).

The counter settled in green after Friday’s trade to quote at Rs 257 a share on the NSE, up by 0.92 per cent. In the last 30 days, the stock went up by 7.31 per cent.
