Bombay HC grants bail to activist Gautam Navlakha in Elgar Parishad-Maoist links case

The Bombay High Court has granted bail to activist Gautam Navlakha in the Elgar Parishad-Maoist link case. He has been in captivity since 2020.

Navlakha, 70, was arrested in April 2020 in the Bhima Koregaon case. Last year, he was allowed to move into a room in a public library in Mumbai due to his medical condition. He had asked the court to place him under house arrest in Navi Mumbai.
