New Delhi: Cold wave conditions persist in Delhi-NCR on Sunday as residents of the national capital woke up to another chilly morning on the last day of the year, with a thick layer of fog blanketing the region. The dense fog has also impacted train services in the region, causing several trains to be delayed or running late today. Indian Railways informed  that as many as 23 trains will be arriving late in the national capital due to low visibility as dense fog gripped north India.
