To avoid deactivation, FASTag users can conveniently check and update their KYC details online. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official Website

Step 2: Login

Click on the ‘Login’ option and provide your mobile number and password details.

Step 3: OTP Verification

An OTP will be generated and sent via text message. Enter the OTP to log in.

Step 4: Check KYC Status

Click on the ‘My Profile’ tab and select the ‘KYC Status’ option.

Click on the ‘My Profile’ section and open the ‘KYC’ tab.

Step 4: Upload Photo

Upload a passport-size photo.

Step 5: Confirmation and Submission

Click on ‘Confirm the Declaration’ and then ‘Submit.’

6. Processing Time

The KYC process will take a maximum of seven working days to be updated.
