As per the details shared by BMW, the 7 Series Protection sedan comes with a self-supporting body structure, featuring armour steel body. It not only offers great safety against bullets, explosives, and ballistic missiles but also ensures proper protection of occupants from any kind of chemical attacks as well.

The company has also made some changes from outside to deal with such situations. The chassis is treated with a 10 mm thick steel, making the car more capable of handling hand grenade attacks. In addition, a 72mm thick multilayer bullet-proof glass also have been installed, which protects passengers from unwanted firing.

To make it more advanced during unwanted situations, the vehicle is capable of running 30 km at an average speed 80 kmph with flat tires. Apart from this, the sedan is also equipped with an emergency exit via all four doors, allowing all the passengers to escape from dangerous situations.
