Watch: Water Leaks From Roof Of Maharashtra-Bihar Train’s AC Coach

The video is reportedly from the AC B-2 coach where the passengers were facing problems due to water dripping like rain from the roof.

Imagine you are travelling in an air-conditioned coach of a train and suddenly raindrops fall on you inside the train. The passengers on Danapur Pune Express had to face a similar situation due to the negligent behaviour of the railways.

Someone took a video of the situation and it is going viral on social media. It is said that this video is from the Danapur Pune Express which is travelling from Maharashtra’s Pune to Bihar’s Danapur. The video is reportedly from the AC B-2 coach where the passengers were facing problems due to water dripping like rain from the roof.

In this video, it is seen that the train is in a bad condition because water is dripping from the roof of AC 3 coach number B2. Usually, people choose sleeper trains to sleep peacefully at night. But when the water enters even the AC sleeper car, the question arises of why should passengers spend money on AC trains. As soon as the video went viral on social media, questions were raised about the Indian Railways system.

And this is not a one-off incident. Recently, a passenger Anand Sharma, who was travelling on a special train from Jabalpur to Pune was frustrated and upset as the train was delayed by more than six hours. “The train was supposed to reach Pune at 6.30 am but it reached only at 12.50 pm. There was no water in the washrooms and proper food was also not available,” he said.

Another passenger Riyansh Kohli, who was travelling on a Holi special train from Pune to Jabalpur, also went through a similar ordeal. “The AC-2 compartment was dirty,” he shared.

“On one hand, the railways boast and advertise the introduction of trains like the Vande Bharat Express, but on the other hand, basic problems in the existing trains are not being resolved,” said Debjon Roy, another passenger. The railway authorities have not been able to resolve the issue and continue to blame other railway zones for the delays.
