Godrej Properties Ltd announced the sale of approximately 650 homes worth over Rs 2,000 crore in the Godrej Jardinia project, located in Sector 146, Noida. This marks GPL’s most successful launch in Noida by sales value.
“Noida is an extremely important market for Godrej Properties, and we will look to further strengthen our presence in the city in the years ahead,” said Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties.

Following the success of Godrej Tropical Isle last year, this marks the fourth launch Rs 2000+ crore sales in NCR in the past year. Sector 146 is a growing residential area with access to key infrastructure such as the Noida SEZ, entertainment hubs, Film City, Jewar Airport, the metro, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and Yamuna Expressway.
