Russia-Ukraine Conflict: Arshad Warsi connected a meme to the stance of France, Germany and the US on the ongoing crisis.

Actor Arshad Warsi is facing the wrath of netziens after he shared a meme from his film ‘Golmaal’ to explain the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

The actor connected the meme to the stance of France, Germany and the US on the ongoing crisis. The meme also features Ajay Devgn, Sharman Joshi, Tusshar Kapoor, Rimi Sen and Mukesh Tiwari. Sharing the meme on Twitter, Arshad wrote, “Self-explanatory… Golmaal was way ahead of its time.” Check out below:

However, Arshad’s meme game didn’t go well with the netizens and he came on social media users’ radar who called the actor’s tweet ‘insensitive’. 

One of the users wrote, “As much as I respect you as an artist, trying to make fun of a war situation is a little insensitive to my taste, sir.” Another comment read, “Bro, keep your war memes in your drafts. Nobody’s laughing.”

Meanwhile, Russia launched a military operation on Ukraine on Thursday morning.

On work front, Arshad will be next seen in ‘Bachchhan Paandey’ with Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon and Jacqueline Fernandez. Directed by Farhad Samji, the film is slated to release on March 18 in theatres. Besides that he also has Rohit Shetty’s ‘Golmaal 5’ in his kitty.
