Chandrabhan took the matter into his own hands and lodged a complaint against the producer, director, and actors for mocking the lawyers and judges. The Ajmer District Bar Association has demanded to shelf the film, as it tampers with the dignity of lawyers and judges. Based on the reports of India Today, it is expected that the hearing of this case will take place on May 7.

The president of the Ajmer Bar Association concluded when he previewed the two installations of Jolly LLB. Rathod said, “It seems that the filmmakers, directors, and actors do not respect the dignity and prestige of the judiciary of the country’s Constitution at all. The shooting of Jolly LLB 3 is going on in the surrounding villages and areas including the DRM office of Ajmer, which will continue for several days. Even during the shooting of this film, the actors of the film do not seem to be at all serious about the image, prestige, and dignity of the judiciary including the judges (sic).”

The film’s portrayal of legal professionals has drawn criticism from the Ajmer District Bar Association president, Chandrabhan Singh Rathod. He argues that the characters and situations are unrealistic and lack respect for the court system. This comedic but disrespectful approach, in his view, weakens public trust in both judges and lawyers. Rathod hopes his complaint will encourage filmmakers to create more accurate and dignified representations of the legal system in the future.

The president of the Ajmer Bar Association expressed strong disapproval of certain scenes in the film. He argued that scenes depicting violence towards lawyers, judges using tobacco products, and implied bribery undermine the respect for the court system and its officials. Chandrabhan plans to file a complaint demanding these scenes be removed and potentially seeking to halt filming or even ban the movie’s release.
