Written and directed by Vikas Bahl, the movie was released under the Balaji Motion Pictures banner. The film centers around a dysfunctional family that consists of a lawyer daughter, a son and an adopted second son. All the siblings lead their separate lives. But things change when they all receive a phone call from their father Harish who informs them that their mother has passed away. As they all return back home, will their differences prove stronger than their love for their mother? That’s what the movie is all about.
Apart from Bachchan, the movie casts Neena Gupta, Rashmika Mandanna, Sunil Grover, Pavail Gulati, Ashish Vidyarthi, Elli AvrRam, Sahil Mehta, Shivin Narang, Shayank Shukla in lead roles. The movie has received generally positive reviews from critics and has been witnessing good crowds at the theaters.
According to reports, the movie has already an OTT deal with Netflix. That means that the movie will soon be featured on the streaming platform. Although there is no date given for the OTT premier of the movie, Netflix generally waits 60-75 days before releasing new movies.
