YONO (You Only Need One) is an integrated digital banking platform offered by State Bank of India. SBI account holders can avail services like net banking, opening fixed deposits, viewing transaction history, booking flights, trains, buses and taxis, online shopping, paying medical bills and more by using YONO App & website.The app is available for both Android and iOS users.

YONO offers almost all banking related services on smartphones. Users can log on to the Yono app/portal with your online SBI login credentials or account details including ATM Card. To use the YONO app on mobile, one can even set a 6-digit MPIN for faster login process in future. Both password and MPIN assure the privacy and security of the YONO app. However, often many users, especially seniors, tend to forget their username or password to login.

So to help in resetting SBI YONO username, password or MPIN, here’s a step by step guide to follow.

How to reset SBI YONO username

  • Visit onlinesbi.com to open State Bank of India’s official website.
  • Under the personal banking area, select Login .
  • Next, in the account details section click on the “Forgot username/login password” .
  • From the drop-down menu, click on “forgot my username,”.
  • Click on Next on the pop window.
  • Now, fill in the required fields including CIF number, country, registered mobile number, and captcha code.
  • Tap on the “Submit” button.
  • Now enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click on Confirm.
  • SBI portal will give you your new YONO SBI login username on the screen. You will also get a text message for the same on your registered mobile number.

How to reset SBI YONO password

  • Visit onlinesbi.com and in the account details section click on Forgot login password'”.
  • Now select “Forgot my Login Password,” from the drop-down menu
  • Now click on “next” on the pop window.
  • Fill in the required fields including your username, account number, country, registered mobile number, date of birth, and captcha code.
  • Submit the details.
  • Verify by entering the OTP you received on your registered mobile number.
  • Reset your password and hit the “Submit” button.

How to reset SBI YONO MPIN

If you have forgotten your MPIN you have to first remove your MPIN and then reset it.

To remove SBI YONO MPIN-

  • Open the SBI Yono App and Login using your username and password.
  • Now go to “Quick Links” and tap on the “Service Request” option.
  • Next under the “Emergency” section select on “Manage PIN”.
  • Now tap on “Remove MPIN” and enter your yono sbi profile password to complete the process.
  • Click on Yes on the popup message “Are you sure you want to remove your MPIN”
  • Click on “Yes” and your SBI MPIN will be removed successfully.

To reset YONO MPIN-

  • Open SBI YONO app and click on the Login option.
  • Now tap on the ‘SET MPIN’ under the login using the MPIN section.
  • Next enter your YONO SBI Username and Password.
  • Now set and add your new SBI MPIN.
  • To confirm enter the OTP you received on your registered mobile number.
