iQOO 11 arrives in India, top-notch specs at a premium price

iQOO, the subsidiary brand of Vivo smartphones, made its iQOO 11 debut in India on Tuesday, thanks to a collaboration with Amazon.

However, the iQOO 11 was launched a month earlier in China and other Southeast Asian countries. The most standout feature of this smartphone is the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

Well, talking about the design, Firstly, it is available in two colour schemes: Alpha and Legend. The Alpha variant gives you a glass-back option, while the Legend offers a silicone leather back inspired by BMW’s iconic three-stripe colour.

It sports a massive 6.78-inch Samsung E6 AMOLED display with a centre punch hole. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, and it has a 144 Hz refresh rate (LTPO 4) and a 300 Hz touch sampling rate.

On the rear, it has a triple camera setup, starting with a 50MP Samsung GN5 shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 13MP 2x telephoto sensor. There is a 16-megapixel camera up front.

The engine of this smartphone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Gen 2 chip that it uses.

Amazon Prime members will have the opportunity to purchase the iQoo 11 for the first time in India on January 12 at 12 p.m. And on January 13, iQOO will open booking to the general public. The 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage model costs Rs. 59,999, while the 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage model costs Rs. 64,999.
