Aconsortium of Russia’s CJSC Transmashholding (TMH) and India’s Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has emerged as the lowest bidder in the tender for manufacturing and maintaining 200 sleeper variants of the Vande Bharat trains.

The consortium of BHEL – Titagarh Wagons emerged as the second lowest bidder to manufacture 80 Vande Bharat trains in Integral Coach Factory (ICF).
