The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted an isolated heavy rainfall including snowfall over Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. It also forecasted a light to moderate rainfall over several parts such as Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Lakshadweep, Mahe, Puducherry and Karaikal.

- Delhi: In the national capital, the sky will remain partly cloudy with a shallow fog in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperatures would be around 27 and 14 degrees Celsius respectively. - West Bengal and Sikkim: Kolkata will experience mainly clear sky on Saturday. The maximum and minimum temperatures are most likely to be around 30 and 21 degrees Celsius respectively. The dry weather is most likely to occur over Sikkim and all the districts of Sub Himalayan West Bengal.
- Himachal Pradesh: The Regional Met Office has predicted light rain in Shimla. The maximum and minimum temperatures are most likely to be around 18 and 7 degrees Celsius respectively. The light rainfall is expected in the lower and middle hilly areas while snowfall is likely to take place in higher reaches. - Uttar Pradesh: Weather is most likely to remain dry over the state. The maximum temperature is most likely to fall by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius during the next 48 hours and thereafter gradually rise by 2-3 degrees Celsius over west UP and gradually fall by 2 degree Celsius in East UP.
- Punjab and Haryana: Both Punjab and Haryana are likely to experience dry weather today. The sky will remain clear in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.
