Smartworld Developers to invest Rs 3000 cr in high-end residential project in Gurugram

Spread over 10+ acres with a saleable area of 3 million sq ft, the project is expected to generate a revenue of Rs 6000 crore.

Smartworld Developers has announced the launch of its latest offering – ‘Smartworld The Edition’ – a high-end residential project in Sector 66 of the Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram, and plans to invest Rs 3000 crore towards the development of the project. This marks their entrance into the upscale luxury real estate sector.

Spread over 10+ acres with a saleable area of 3 million sq ft, the project is expected to generate a revenue of Rs 6000 crore. In the neighborhood of signature residential developments, like golf-themed living, branded homes, and villa developments, the project is a G+42 floor skyroar structure, making it an epitomic landmark to the Gurgaon skyline, according to the company.

What differentiates the offering is that the development has 3 striking twin towers that has in total 900+ apartments with spacious 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK residences, including two master bedroom suites in each unit. One of the unique luxury living feature is the amenity of a private jacuzzi in each apartment deck. The ground floor has been kept free of any apartments. The area is being used for residents to meet, have breakout sessions, meditation spaces, toddlers areas and more. The project has been designed by acclaimed international consulting partners like Studio Symbiosis, Red Landscape, Greymatters, and ITH.
