DLF unveils shop-cum-office plots in Gurugram

Realty major DLF has launched its latest commercial plotted development in Gurugram – ‘Central 67’. Situated at Sector 67, Sohna Road, Gurugram, Central 67 spans 8.69 acres (3.51 hectares), introducing shop-cum-office (SCO) plots tailored for varying needs, with plot sizes starting at approximately 117 sq mt (140 square yards) and going up to 490 square yards, and price starting from Rs 7.25 cr and going up to Rs 28 crore per plot.
