Juniper Hotels IPO Price Band And Minimum InvestmentThe investors considering this IPO will find the price band per share set between Rs 342 to Rs 360. The minimum lot size for an application is 40 shares, requiring a minimum investment of Rs 14,400 for retail investors. Strategic Non-Institutional Investors (sNII) and Business Non-Institutional Investors (bNII) have distinct lot size requirements, with investments amounting to Rs 201,600 and ₹1,008,000, respectively.

Jm Financial Limited, Clsa India Private Limited, and ICICI Securities Limited have been appointed as the book running lead managers for the Juniper Hotels IPO. Additionally, Kfin Technologies Limited will serve as the registrar for the issue.

Juniper Hotels RevenueThe company was established in September 1985, Juniper Hotels Limited boasts a portfolio of seven hotels and serviced apartments, totaling 1,836 rooms as of September 30, 2023. The company’s financial performance reflects robust growth, with revenue increasing by 108.66% and profit after tax (PAT) rising by 99.2% between the financial years ending March 31, 2023, and March 31, 2022.

Juniper Hotels Limited’s properties, situated in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Raipur, and Hampi, have earned acclaim in the luxury, upper upscale, and upscale categories. Notably, the Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences stands as India’s largest luxury hotel, while the Hyatt Regency Lucknow and Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad are the largest upper upscale hotels in their respective markets.
