Upcoming IPO: 6 Public Offering To Open This Week; Check Details

Upcoming IPO:  The IPO market is all set to remain busy this week as six new initial public offerings (IPOs), including three on the mainboard and three small and medium enterprises (SME), will open for investors in the last week of February 2024.

Owais Metal and Mineral Processing IPO

The IPO of Owais Metal and Mineral Processing opened for subscription on February 26, 2024, and will close on February 28. The SME public offering is a book-built issue of ₹42.69 crore and a fresh issue of a total of 49.07 lakh shares. The company has set the price band at Rs 83 to Rs 87 per share for the public offering.

Platinum Industries IPO

The Platinum Industries IPO will open for subscription between February 27- 29, 2024. The public offering is a book-built issue of Rs 235.32 crore. The issue is a fresh issue of fully 1.38 crore shares. Platinum Industries’ IPO has been priced at Rs 162 to Rs 171 per share.

Bharat Highways InvIT IPO

The Bharat Highways InvIT IPO will open for subscription from February 28 to March 1, 2024. The IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 2,500 crore and a fresh issue of 25 crore shares. The company has decided price band of Rs 98 to Rs 100 per share.

Exicom Tele Systems IPO

The Exicom Tele-Systems IPO will open for subscription on February 27, 2024 and close on February 29, 2024. The IPO is a book issue of Rs 429.00 crore. The issue is a fresh issue of 2.32 crore shares, totalling Rs 329 crore and an offer for sale of 0.7 crore shares worth ₹100 crores.

The Company has a fixed band at ₹135 to ₹142 per share.

A poor flexiback IPO

The Poor Flexiback IPO will open for subscription on February 27, 2024 and close on February 29, 2024. The SME IPO is a book issue of ₹40.21 crore and a fresh issue of a total of 56.64 lakh shares.
