– A distinct serial number

– Photograph of the cardholder

– A hologram containing the respective state/national symbol

– Name of the cardholder

– Father’s name of the cardholder

– Date of birth

– On the back of the card is the residential address of the cardholder and the signature of the issuing authority (Electoral registration officer)

How To Apply For Voter ID Card Online

– The applicant must first go to the website of the National Voter Service Portal (NSVP)

– Select the appropriate option to create a new voter ID

– Register (new users) or log in (existing users)

– After choosing your state, select New Registration (form 6)

– Enter your information in the form, including your name, address, birth date, etc

– In the next step, upload scanned copies of the necessary paperwork, including a passport-size photo, address proof, and identification evidence

– Submit the application and then check its progress online

The applicant who is applying for a voter ID card must meet the following details:

How To Apply For Voter ID Card Offline

– The applicant must visit the nearest Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) office

– Collect Form 6 and fill it out with necessary details

– Attach self-attested copies of the necessary documents such as Identity proof, address proof etc

– Submit the form and documents to the respective officer
