Reliance Jio has announced new recharge offers for the JioBharat 4G phone. The device is currently selling at Rs 999, which is the original retail price of the device. While there is no discount on the device, cricket fans get a new recharge plan with better benefits. People who will recharge with the new 2-month Rs 234 plan on their new/MNP or existing Jio SIM will be able to claim 2 months of free plan. However, the offer is applicable only on JioBharat devices sold on or after April 1, 2024. Here is everything we know.

Interested users first need to buy a new JioBharat phone from any store, after which they will have to insert Jio SIM (new Jio SIM or existing SIM) into the new JioBharat device. The offer is applicable for port-in (MNP) customers as well, according to the company. Once this is done, users will have to recharge their phone with the Rs 234 plan, which will give 0.5GB data per day and unlimited voice calls for 2 months.

The company is also giving 2 additional months free with this pack. However, this benefit will be credited after 15 days of recharge (post eligibility check) on the SIM that is present in the device at that time. Moreover, the additional 2-month free plan will go into a queue and will get auto-activated on the expiry of the active plan. Do keep in mind that this plan will work only on the JioBharat device. The company has also clarified that the latest offer will be provided only once per JioBharat device.
