LIC dividend 2024, Q4 results date and time: India’s largest insurer Life Insurance Corporation of India is set to once again reward its shareholders with a dividend payout in the quarterly results for the January-March 2024 period. LIC is a state-owned insurance group and investment company.

The insurance giant last week declared the date on which it will announce its financial results for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024 and full FY24.

LIC Q4 Results Date and Time

In an exchange filing last week, Life Insurance Corporation of India said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 27, 2024, to consider and approve the audited standalone & consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.

The insurer generally announces its earnings in the evening.

LIC Dividend 2024

Along with declaring its financial results for the January-March 2024 period, the insurance behemoth’s board will also recommend a final dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24, if any. This will be the second cash reward by LIC in the fiscal 2024 after Rs 4 dividend announced in the Q3 results.

It further informed that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Corporation was closed for the Insiders from April 1, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the said Financial Results, i.e., till May 29, 2024.

LIC Dividend History

For the financial year ending March 2023, Life Insurance Corporation of India had announced an equity dividend of 30 per cent, which translates to Rs 3 per share.

For the financial year 2022, the insurer declared a Rs 1.5 dividend per share, which was its first ever payout since IPO listing.
