iQOO Neo 7 SE key details officially confirmed ahead of December 2 launch

The iQOO Neo 7 SE will be announced in China on December 2. While the launch is tomorrow, most of the details are already out and a few have been confirmed by the company itself. So, there is very little left to imagine. The upcoming iQOO phone will be powered by a MediaTek chipset, pack an AMOLED screen, a big enough battery, and more. Here is what we know so far about the premium phone.

The iQOO Neo 7 SE is confirmed to pack a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset under the hood. The company has now also revealed that latest 5G phone will pack a 5,000mAh battery under the hood. The company will provide support for 120W fast charger, which is something that TENAA listing also suggested initially. iQOO will likely bundle a fast charger in the retail box.

The rest of the details will be revealed officially on December 2. If we go by the TENAA listing, the iQOO Neo 7 SE will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that will operate at Full HD+ resolution and refresh at 120Hz. It will feature a punch-hole display design, similar to most of the phones in the market.

In terms of optics, there could be a triple camera setup, including a 64-megapixel primary camera. This time around, there might be a 2-megapixel camera instead of an 8-megapixel sensor, which is a downgrade. The third one is also a 2-megapixel sensor, which might be for macro shots. However, these 2-megapixel sensors are of no use in real life and you don’t get much of a result. But, these are not the official specifications of the iQOO Neo 7 SE. The company will reveal it on December 2 and we will have more details this week.

The specifications suggest that the iQOO Neo 7 SE could be priced under Rs 30,000 if or when it launches in India. As of now, there is no confirmation on its India debut. But, we do expect it to it to India, considering the iQOO Neo 6 was also announced in India. It originally launched in China as iQOO Neo 6 SE. So, there are chances that the iQOO Neo 7 SE could arrive in the Indian market as iQOO Neo 7.
