While the retail sector will see hiring trends in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, the telecom sector in the coming 2-3 quarters might end up downsizing. Hiring for talent in the e-commerce sector might see recruiters going to Tier 2 cities and rural areas.
How AI and automation will drive employment in retail, e-commerce and telecom sector respectively?
AI and automations are going to be the gamechangers in the years to come and will transform various industries like never before. Most sectors are going to see an intersection of AI and automation to improve its basic functions.
