Indian Railways shares detailed list of holi special trains to key destinations – Check complete list

“Indian Railways is running Holi Festival Special Trains for smooth movement of passengers to major destinations across the Nation,” Ministry of Railways said in a tweet.

Indian Railways, in anticipation of the festive rush during Holi, introduced Holi Festival Special Trains all over the country to facilitate seamless travel for passengers heading to key destinations. These services will connect various key cities across the country, including Mumbai, Patna, Gaya, Katra, Varanasi, Saharanpur, Prayagraj, Pune, and Ambala.

These special trains have been organised to accommodate the surge in demand during the festival period, ensuring that travelers can reach their desired destinations conveniently and without hassle.

As per a Ministry of Railways announcement, multiple railway zones have been assigned additional train services to efficiently handle the surge in passengers during the festive season. These services cover various routes such as Delhi-Patna, Delhi-Bhagalpur, Delhi-Muzaffarpur, Delhi-Saharsa, Gorakhpur-Mumbai, Kolkata-Puri, Guwahati-Ranchi, New Delhi-Sri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, Jaipur-Bandra Terminus, Pune-Danapur, Durg-Patna, Barauni-Surat, and more.
